The one-hour Mountain Flight takes off from Kathmandu Airport to Everest, a must-see landmark in Nepal and at 8848 m, the highest and most majestic peak in the world. The whole experience is a pure delight; soaring 25,000 ft. above ground, it offers a breathtaking view of the mighty Himalayas. Zipping above clouds, though the seemingly endless scintillating snowcapped peaks, over glaciers and gorges, this is the journey through the world’s highest peaks.

The Helicopter charter tour to Mount Everest takes off early in the morning from the Kathmandu Domestic Airport and heads towards the east. One does not have to wait too long to find out what is in store! This is one of the most thrilling rides ever. Hovering up the valleys of the Khumbu region surrounded by the snow-capped Himalayan peaks along with some of the highest mountains in the world, the view from the vantage point of a helicopter is exhilarating.
Once in the Everest region, the helicopter will make a stop at a selected location, allowing you to enjoy, photograph, and savor the breathtaking view of Mount Everest and the other great majestic peaks that surround it.

Guhyeshwari, also known as Guhyeshwari Devi, is a significant goddess in Hinduism, particularly revered in the Shakta tradition. Located in the heart of Kathmandu, Nepal, the Guhyeshwari Temple is a prominent pilgrimage site dedicated to her. She is considered a form of divine feminine energy, embodying the principles of creation, preservation, and transformation.
Boudhanath, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, stands as a majestic monument of Tibetan Buddhism. Its colossal dome, adorned with prayer flags and intricate cravings, emanates a tranquil aura. Then, we will take a drive towards Bhaktapur, which is 14km away and takes around 40-45 minutes to reach.
Bhaktapur, often referred to as the "City of Devotees," is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal. Known for its well-preserved medieval architecture, vibrant culture, and rich history, Bhaktapur offers a glimpse into Nepal's glorious past. The city is renowned for its stunning Durbar Square, where intricately carved temples and statues stand in harmony with centuries-old palaces. Notable landmarks include the Vatsala Temple, the 55-Window Palace, and the iconic Nyatapola Temple, which is the tallest pagoda-style temple in Nepal. Following the morning breakfast, we will go sightseeing around Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, and Patan.

The stupa's golden spire, adorned with the iconic Buddha eyes, represents wisdom and omnipresence, while the surrounding area is filled with smaller temples, shrines, and vibrant prayer flags. As one of the three ancient kingdoms of the Kathmandu Valley, Patan is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its well-preserved Durbar Square, which is filled with intricately carved temples, palaces, and shrines. After having breakfast, we will start our journey towards Bandipur. Bandipur is 146 kilometers away from Kathmandu and takes approximately 5 to 6 hours to reach.
Bandipur, a picturesque hilltop town situated midway between Kathmandu and Pokhara in Nepal, is renowned for its well-preserved Newari architecture and panoramic mountain views. This charming town, perched on a ridge above the Marsyangdi River Valley, offers a unique blend of cultural heritage and natural beauty. Bandipur's traffic-free main street, lined with traditional brick houses, temples, and quaint cafes, provides a glimpse into its rich history as a trading hub on the ancient Nepal-Tibet route. The town's serene atmosphere and stunning vistas of the Himalayas, including peaks like Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Manaslu, attract travelers seeking a peaceful retreat. Bandipur offers a popular sunrise excursion activity that attracts many visitors. The excursion typically involves an early morning hike or a short walk to one of the town’s prominent viewpoints, such as the Tundikhel or the nearby hilltops. These spots provide breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayas, including peaks like Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, and Manaslu. Watching the sunrise from these viewpoints is a mesmerizing experience as the first rays of sunlight illuminate the snow-capped peaks and the surrounding valleys, creating a stunning and memorable spectacle.
Then, we will take a drive towards Pokhara, which is only 76 kilometers away and takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to reach.

Early Morning Drive to Sarangkot
We’ll start our day with an early morning drive to Sarangkot, a popular viewpoint located about 13 kilometers from Lakeside in Pokhara. This scenic spot offers a breathtaking view of the city as it awakens, especially during sunrise. Perched at an altitude of 1,600 meters, Sarangkot provides a stunning panorama of the surrounding landscape, including the Annapurna Range, Machhapuchhre (Mt. Fishtail), and Dhaulagiri. As the first rays of sunlight bathe these snow-capped peaks in golden hues, the sight is nothing short of magical—perfect for capturing unforgettable moments.
After witnessing the sunrise, we’ll return to the hotel for breakfast.
Sightseeing Tour in Pokhara
Following breakfast, we’ll explore some of Pokhara’s key attractions, starting with the Tibetan Refugee Camp.
The Tibetan Refugee Camp in Pokhara is home to Tibetan refugees who fled their homeland following the 1959 uprising. The camp serves as a sanctuary where Tibetans can preserve their culture and way of life. Within the camp, Tibetan schools teach the language and Buddhist philosophy, and various vocational programs help the community maintain economic self-sufficiency. The camp is also a hub for traditional Tibetan craftsmanship, where refugees produce beautiful handicrafts, carpets, and artworks that are sold to support the community.
Next, we’ll visit the International Mountain Museum, which opened in 2004 to celebrate the rich history and culture of the world’s mountain regions. The museum features extensive exhibits on mountaineering history, including photographs, climbing equipment, and personal stories of legendary expeditions to peaks like Mount Everest. It also highlights the cultural heritage of Himalayan ethnic groups such as the Sherpas, Gurungs, and Thakalis, showcasing their traditional costumes, artifacts, and ways of life. Additionally, the museum offers geological and environmental exhibits, providing insights into the formation of mountains and the unique flora and fauna of high-altitude ecosystems.
Pokhara City Tour
Following the museum visit, we’ll continue with a sightseeing tour around Pokhara. Bindabasini Temple, a significant Hindu shrine dedicated to the goddess Bindabasini. The temple, with its pagoda-style architecture and intricate carvings, is located amidst the serene landscape of the Himalayas. Devotees and visitors come to the temple to seek blessings for prosperity and protection, and the temple’s sacred pond adds to its spiritual atmosphere.
Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave located just opposite Davis Falls. The cave is famous for the sound of water rushing through it, as the water from Davis Falls flows directly into the cave. It’s rumored to be the longest cave in Nepal, stretching 2,950 meters. Discovered in the 16th century, the cave remains one of Pokhara’s major attractions.
Davis Falls, a stunning waterfall named after a woman who tragically drowned in the water. Known locally as Patal Ko Chango, meaning “Underworld’s Waterfall,” it is one of the most visited natural wonders in Nepal.
Finally, we’ll visit Fewa Lake (Phewa Tal), the second-largest freshwater lake in Nepal. A serene boat ride on the lake offers an opportunity to appreciate the breathtaking views. The Tal Barahi Temple, dedicated to the goddess Barahi, sits on a small island in the middle of the lake. The temple is an important site of worship for locals and tourists alike, surrounded by stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lake.

Following breakfast, we will take a drive for adventure activities around Pokhara.
Paragliding: The adventure typically begins with a drive from Pokhara to Sarangkot, the popular take-off point situated at an altitude of about 1,600 meters. After a brief safety session and gear check with your experienced pilot, you take off into the skies, soaring high above the lush landscape. The flight provides stunning panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Mountain ranges, the verdant hills, and the serene Phewa Lake below. Paragliding flights usually last between 20 to 30 minutes, offering plenty of time to enjoy the spectacular scenery and, if conditions permit, some thrilling aerial maneuvers. The landing zone is near the lake, providing a smooth conclusion to the flight.
Bungee jumping: The jump site is located at a height of 70 meters (229 feet) over a scenic river gorge, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and landscapes. The facility ensures high safety standards with well-maintained equipment, including harnesses, elastic bungee cords, and secure anchoring systems. Pokhara's bungee jumping spot has become increasingly popular among adventure enthusiasts, complementing the city’s reputation for paragliding and trekking. Zip Lining: Zip lining in Pokhara, Nepal, is an adrenaline-pumping adventure that allows you to soar through the sky while enjoying breathtaking views of the Himalayas and the stunning landscape below. Ultra-Light: Ultralight flights in Pokhara offer a thrilling aerial adventure, allowing passengers to soar above the picturesque landscapes of the Pokhara Valley and the majestic Himalayas. After a brief orientation and safety briefing, passengers board the ultralight aircraft, typically accommodating one or two individuals. As the aircraft ascends, passengers are treated to breathtaking panoramic views of Pokhara's lush hills, tranquil lakes, and the towering peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Mountain ranges.
A hot air balloon is a type of aircraft that uses a large, fabric balloon filled with hot air to lift off the ground. The heat is generated by a burner, which warms the air inside the balloon, making it less dense than the cooler air outside, thereby providing lift. The balloon is tethered to a basket, which carries passengers, and it can float gracefully through the air, offering a unique perspective of the landscape below. Lumbini, situated in Nepal, is the birthplace of Siddhartha Gautama, who later became known as Buddha. This sacred site attracts pilgrims and tourists worldwide, offering serene gardens, monasteries, and the Mayadevi Temple. Lumbini's significance lies in its role as the birthground of Buddhism, fostering spiritual reflection and cultural exchange.

After breakfast, we will drive to the ruins of ancient Kapilvastu, Tilaurakot where Gautam Buddha lived 29 years until renunciation.
Kapilvastu, an ancient city located near Lumbini in the Rupandehi District of Nepal, holds great historical and spiritual significance as the childhood home of Siddhartha Gautama, who later became the Buddha. This site was once the capital of the Shakya Kingdom, where Siddhartha was raised as a prince before embarking on his journey to enlightenment. Today, the ruins of Kapilvastu are spread across several archaeological sites, including the remnants of the royal palace, ancient monasteries, and city walls.
The Maya Devi Temple, located in Lumbini, Nepal, is one of the most sacred sites in the Buddhist world, as it marks the birthplace of Siddhartha Gautama, who later became the Buddha. The temple is dedicated to Queen Maya Devi, the mother of the Buddha, and is believed to be the exact spot where she gave birth to him over 2,500 years ago. The temple’s architecture is simple yet profound, with a central stone marking the spot where Siddhartha was born, surrounded by a serene garden.
The Lumbini Museum is an important cultural and historical landmark located near the sacred Lumbini Garden, in the heart of the birthplace of Buddha. The museum houses a remarkable collection of artifacts, sculptures, ancient inscriptions, and displays that trace the history of Lumbini and its significance as a pilgrimage site.

Upon reaching the base of Chandragiri Hill, you will embark on a memorable cable car ride that takes approximately 18 minutes to ascend to the hill's summit, where we will be greeted by panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains and landscapes.
Chandragiri, a picturesque hill station located just a 45-minute drive from Kathmandu, Nepal. This serene destination is renowned for its scenic cable car ride, which offers breathtaking views of the majestic Himalayan ranges, including Langtang and Annapurna. The area is also home to the Chandragiri Hills Resort and the historic Bhaleshwor Mahadev Temple, both of which add to the cultural and natural allure of the region.
