Ganesh Himal Base Camp Trek

After a scenic 6–7-hour drive from Kathmandu through Nepal’s rolling hills and terraced valleys, we’ll arrive at Samari Bhanjyang – the gateway to our trekking adventure. This charming mountain pass (approx. 2,400m) offers our first glimpses of the Himalayan foothills. We’ll settle into our cozy teahouse lodge, enjoy a warm meal, and rest up for tomorrow’s trek start.

Here, we’ll board a bus for the scenic 7-hour drive to Kathmandu, retracing our route past terraced farms and rushing rivers.

Our adventure concludes with a peaceful riverside walk along the jade-colored Budi Gandaki, where the sounds of rushing water accompany us to Arughat Bazaar (600m). In this lively market town, the scent of spices and colorful stalls mark our return to civilization.
