After completing the arrival formalities, you will be transferred to your hotel in Paro. Take this time to relax and unwind from your journey and get settled into your accommodation. You can explore the town in the evening, maybe take a stroll, and enjoy the local cuisine at one of the restaurants in the area.

The drive from Paro to Dechencholing offers a scenic journey through Bhutan's picturesque landscapes. Departing from Paro, you'll likely travel eastward, passing through lush valleys and quaint villages. The route may take you along the Paro Chhu River, showcasing traditional Bhutanese architecture and prayer-flag-adorned hillsides.
Heading towards Thimphu, Bhutan's capital, the road may wind through mountainous terrain, offering glimpses of monasteries and dzongs. As you continue, Dechencholing, located to the northwest of Thimphu, becomes accessible. The drive unveils Bhutan's unique blend of natural beauty and cultural richness, providing an immersive experience into the country's serene atmosphere and traditional way of life.

Embarking on the trek along the Wangchu riverbanks promises a leisurely and culturally enriching experience. As you meander along, the serene beauty of the Wangchu River accompanies your journey.
Reaching Shong Pang, the trek unveils a picturesque village surrounded by lush landscapes. Continuing your exploration, the trail leads to Chamina village, where you'll make camp for the night. Nestled amidst nature, Chamina offers a peaceful retreat, allowing you to absorb the tranquillity of the Bhutanese countryside and the warmth of its communities, creating lasting memories on this immersive trekking adventure.

Embarking on a more challenging leg of the trek, today's journey involves a gradual ascent to Sinchula Pass at an elevation of 3,400 meters. The climb rewards trekkers with panoramic views, especially on clear days when the Phajoding Monastery, perched above Thimphu, comes into sight. Continuing for about two kilometres, you'll reach another pass offering vistas of Thinleygang village, Talo Monastery, and the motor highway leading to the ancient Bhutanese capital, Punakha.
Upon crossing the pass, the trek transitions into a gradual descent, leading you to the campsite nestled at Dopshing Pang. This phase of the trek not only challenges adventurers but also treats them to breathtaking landscapes and glimpses of Bhutan's rich cultural and historical heritage.
